Did i just grew stonger?!?!?

Today at the field...  i was training shot put  competition....  im fighting againts the TERBUKA...U KNWO WATS TERBUKA..its 5.45KG BALL......and....anyways...  just now i just threw that ball for 11.6M...AND THATS like WOW!!!!    then when i saw the book of records... i just break the number negeri level..wow...need to train more!!!!  need to be number 1!!!
